Raptor Vision Warranty Policy/Guidelines
- Raptor Vision products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies depending on the product purchased. Please refer to the warranty card for coverage details. Note that our product comes with a 6month or 1 year warranty as mentioned in the Invoice or Packaging.
- Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice is required for registering for warranty services. Urbn reserves the right to refuse services if the invoice is not provided.

Out of Warranty
Products are not covered under warranty after the expiry of the warranty period specified on the warranty card. This warranty automatically expires on the specified date, even if the product is not in use during the warranty period.
Raptor Vision Warranty Exclusions
Raptor Vision Warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage due to customer abuse, unauthorized repair, misuse, pest damage, accidental damage, liquid spillage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or normal wear and tear resulting from regular usage.
