If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, email us at support@raptorvision.in (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year

If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have already been shipped but not yet delivered, please inform the support team within 48 hours of placing the order. A gift card will be issued for the face value of the product, minus courier/shipment charges (Flat β‚Ή100).

The gift card must be redeemed within one year. To redeem, email us at support@raptorvision.in (Monday to Saturday,10 AM to 6 PM).

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product in your order, please request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving it by contacting our support team at support@raptorvision.in

Our shipments undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse, but if such a situation arises, we will be happy to help.


Please note that products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

Physical damage or defect not reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, and

Any damage caused by and electrical surge/fluctuation or at the user end.
