1. 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞
- Raptor Vision offers a limited warranty on its products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
- The warranty period varies by product:
- Car Electronics: 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Home Security Cameras: 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Audio Devices (Speakers, Headphones): 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Accessories (Power Banks, Data Cables, Adapters): 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
- This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Raptor Vision or authorized dealers and distributors.
- A valid proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility for warranty service.
- The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
3. 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use, accidents, or alterations.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
- Any loss of data or information stored on the product.
4. 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞

- Provide Proof of Purchase: Email a copy of your purchase receipt along with details of the issue.
- Follow RMA Instructions: If your product is eligible for warranty service, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Raptor Vision will, at its discretion, either repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product, or refund the purchase price.
5. 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠
- For eligible warranty claims within the first 30 days of purchase, Raptor Vision will cover return shipping costs.
- After 30 days, customers are responsible for shipping charges related to returning the product for warranty service.
- Raptor Vision will cover the shipping costs when sending repaired or replacement products back to the customer.
6. 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

7. 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
- Raptor Vision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
- The warranty does not cover any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
