If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, email us at [email protected] (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year

If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have already been shipped but not yet delivered, pleaseΒ inform the support team within 48 hours of placing the order. A gift card will be issued for the face value of the product, minus courier/shipment charges (Flat β‚Ή100).

The gift card must be redeemed within one year. To redeem, email us at [email protected] (Monday to Saturday,10 AM to 6 PM).

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product in your order, please request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving it by contacting our support team at [email protected]

Our shipments undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse, but if such aΒ situation arises, we will be happy to help.


Please note that products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

Physical damage or defect not reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, and

Any damage caused by and electrical surge/fluctuation or at the user end.
